CPS Product Protection Plan
![]()
Protect your ride-on for 2 or 3 years
Kids play hard, and things can break. A CPS plan helps with repair costs when they do. It comes from Consumer Priority Service (CPS), a product protection company since 1990. You add it with your ride-on, and CPS takes care of the rest.
What you get
- Repairs when a part stops working from normal use
- Accidental damage like drops and spills
- Parts and labor for covered repairs
- 2 or 3 years of coverage, your choice
- Coverage that passes to the new owner if you sell the ride-on
What's not included
- Batteries, chargers and other parts that wear out with use
- Scratches, dents and other cosmetic damage
- Loss, theft, and fire or flood damage
- Damage that isn't accidental (please follow the owner's manual)
How it works
- Pick a plan when you add your ride-on to the cart.
- CPS emails you a plan number. Register it at client.cpscentral.com within 30 days.
- If something breaks, contact CPS and they'll guide you through the process.
