The White Ford F450 Custom Edition is an officially licensed 24V toddler truck with real Super Duty dually looks, made for two toddlers under 4 or one rider ages 3–6, up to 120 lb combined. Two custom 775 motors with 4-stage gearboxes give this battery-operated pickup its pull, running on a removable 24V 10Ah battery you can swap for a spare. Steady 24V power, LED EVA foam rubber tires on all 4 wheels and front and rear spring suspension smooth out the ride, and a 2-position adjustable vegan leather seat, LED light bars and a Bluetooth MP3 player with FM radio round it out. It drives two ways: in manual mode your child steers and drives on their own with the steering wheel and foot pedal, or in remote-assisted mode a parent controls the ride-on with the 2.4GHz parental remote, handling steering, direction and speed.

Care Tips for Your Battery-Powered Ride-On
Like all Battery-Powered Cars and Ride-On Toys for Kids, this one is made for outdoor fun on flat, dry ground like driveways, sidewalks, patios, backyards and short grass. Ride on sunny days and stay away from rain, puddles, sand, mud and snow. Kids may want to wash it, but water from a hose or bucket can get into the motors and wires, so clean it with a damp cloth instead. After playing, park it inside or in the garage, and charge the battery after every ride with the Included Charger so it's ready for next time. If it won't be used for a while, charge the battery at least once every 60 days and never store it discharged.
Ride-on toys are the most fun with a grown-up close by. Always watch kids while they ride, and let their age and skill decide when they're ready to drive. Buckle up on models with seat belts, and always wear a helmet and pads on motorcycles, bikes, scooters and go-karts.

What's Covered
Every product purchased from Moderno Kids or an authorized retailer comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects.
Speed Controllers, Motors, Switches, Radios, Touch Screens and Remotes: 6 Months
If one of these components stops working under normal use within 6 months of purchase, we'll send you a free replacement part.
Batteries and All Other Parts: 90 Days
If a battery or any other part fails because of a manufacturing defect within 90 days of purchase, we'll send you a free replacement part.
Each covered part can be replaced once during its warranty period.
Arrived Damaged?
Inspect the box and every part before assembling or using the product.
If you find any shipping damage, report it to us and send photos within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unassembled, unused and in its original packaging.
Damage reported after assembly or use, or more than 30 days after delivery, cannot be confirmed as shipping damage. In these cases, replacement parts may be offered at a cost.
How to Make a Claim
- Submit a Warranty Claim. Include your order number, a short description of the problem, and photos or a video.
- Troubleshoot with our team. We'll help identify the cause and may ask you to return the faulty part.
- Receive your replacement. For a covered claim, we'll ship a free replacement part anywhere in the Continental United States.
- Install the part. Our team is happy to guide you through the installation.
Battery Coverage and Care
Rechargeable batteries have a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Battery life depends on proper use, charging and storage.
Follow the user manual and product labels. Never store the battery discharged, even when the ride-on isn't being used.

Chargers and Batteries: Use Original Parts Only
Use only the original charger and battery supplied with your ride-on, or genuine replacements from Moderno Kids. Non-original or aftermarket chargers and batteries may not match the ride-on's voltage or connectors, and can cause overheating, electrical damage or a fire hazard.
Damage caused by a non-original or aftermarket charger or battery is not covered by the warranty, as it results from improper use rather than a defect in the product.
If Your Ride-On Gets Wet
Ride-on toys are not waterproof.
If yours gets wet, switch it off immediately, remove the battery if possible, and let it dry completely for at least 24 to 48 hours.
Never charge the battery while the charging port or battery area is wet.

- Normal wear and tear, including consumable parts such as wheels and tires
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect how the product works
- Lost parts or accessories
- Accidents, physical damage or misuse
- Use above the product's age or weight limits
- Damage from incorrect assembly
- Water damage, including riding in rain, puddles, wet grass or snow, or washing with a hose
- Damage from outdoor or damp storage, or from extreme heat or cold
- Damage caused by sand or mud
- Damage caused by non-original or aftermarket chargers or batteries
- Damage caused by modifications, alterations or aftermarket parts

Commercial Use
Products purchased for commercial use have a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects, covering free replacement parts only.
